If you are registering for a workshop now, please review and indicate your acceptance of these registration terms by clicking on the "accept terms" link at the bottom of this page before proceeding with registration.

Amount Due. To register for a workshop ONLINE, FULL PAYMENT with a Visa or Mastercard is required. To register with a $100 deposit and pay the balance at registration the day the workshop begins, call our office (tel. 540-948-6544; fax. 540-948-3956).

All workshop prices include room, meals, and program.

Accommodations. All accommodations are shared, ranging from sharing a room with one person to rooming with up to five people, depending on space availability. We have a limited number of couples rooms, also depending on space availability.

Workshop Registration Code: If applicable, fill in the 3-digit code that appears above your name/address on the printed material you received about this workshop.

Member Discount. Registrations using a member discount must be made through our office (tel. 540-948-6544; fax. 540-948-3956).

Waiting List. To be placed on the waiting list for an event that is already full, contact our office (tel. 540-948-6544; fax. 540-948-3956).

Cancellation Policy. Refunds of your full payment are available, less a $50 processing fee, if you give notice of cancellation at least 10 days before an event begins. If you give less than 10 days cancellation notice, we will refund your full payment less $100. No refund will be given if you don't show up or leave an event early for any reason.

Confirmation Material. After your registration, we will send you a confirmation email, including a list of what to bring and how to prepare.

Roommate Request. If you would like to room with someone specifically, enter his/her name in the comment field, and ask your chosen roommate to do the same when he/she registers.

Guests may not bring pets to Sevenoaks. Please contact us well in advance of arrival if you need information on local facilities to board your pet while you are here.

No illegal drugs are allowed on the Sevenoaks premises.

Sevenoaks is a non-profit education center. Our activities are intended for personal and spiritual growth and are not meant to be substitutes for psychotherapy.

Mailing List We sometimes trade our mailing list with other like-minded organizations whose programs are compatible with ours. We believe that sharing of knowledge and learning opportunities related to personal and spiritual growth is beneficial for all concerned. However, if you would like us to refrain from including your name in such trades, please let us know.
