God, Sex, and Core Energetics

Core Energetics is a powerful body-based modality that uses energy and consciousness to stress and release the blocks that are a result of the emotional history which is "frozen" in our bodies.

In this workshop, you will work experientially with yourself, and in a group setting to explore the connection between your heart and with sexuality.

With Kristina and Jim, you will begin the journey to find the images and beliefs that keep you from living your fullest, most spontaneous, and self-expressed life. By being willing to risk living from your truth in any given moment, you will find the doorway to your Love, Eros and Sexuality.

Kristina Kincaid is a graduate of the Institute of Core Energetics, The Barbara Brennan School of Healing, and Zengar Institute, and holds a BA in Anthropology from University of Texas.. A worldwide traveler, she is working towards her Th.D. in Energy Medicine at Holos University. She has a healing practice in New York City and her passion includes the deep mysteries of the physical body.

Jim Johnston is a graduate of the Institute of Core Energetics in NY and is also on staff. He assists in the NY Living Core Program and has a practice in Manhattan. He has assisted in leading workshops in NY and at Esalen Institute in California. He is deeply committed to his work with clients and groups and brings great humor, compassion, and love to the healing space.
