As women, many of us have grown up with idealized expectations of our bodies. We have suffered from self judgments and self punishment.

When we reject our bodies to avoid pain we also reject our pleasure.  It is never too late to awaken to the beauty and vitality of our bodies, liberating our full potential for self-love.

Our two-day retreat will include Pathwork and other body movement modalities.

Wendy Hubbard is a Pathwork Helper and business executive in Charlottesville, Virginia. In sisterhood, she has been exploring the healing of women through their bodies for 17 years.

Cindy Haney is a Pathwork Helper and an artist with a practice in Charlottesville, Virginia. Cindy enjoys supporting women as their unique path unfolds.
